Triple-D is a Schreiber family-owned business that is  based in Nampa, Id. We have lived in this great state and the Treasure Valley since 1978 and have seen it grow and change drastically over the years.   With the  advent of growth came new construction.  It was apparent to us while watching the construction process that there had to be a better, faster, and higher quality way to perform one of the most important construction jobs: waste removal. 

 

The sites that we saw were overflowing with debris and trash at any given time.  Even when the debris was removed the job sites—in many cases—still looked atrocious as just merely taking the trash in the designated box wasn’t enough to make the home marketable while under construction.  After all, who is going to wade through ankle deep trash to look at a new home?   

 

We surmised that the contractors in this valley felt the same way but did not have a service that offered them more than just quick trash pick up.  We felt that the folks who built these homes understood what was needed to increase the marketability of the home, improve the proficiency of the site, and reduce the risk of injury for the sub-contractors working on the site.  However, unless the contractors did it themselves or pulled their specialized sub-contractors off their specific jobs for periods of time to maintain the site they had no feasible option for keeping the site clean.  THAT”S WHERE WE DECIDED TO STEP IN!

 

We created a business that specializes in maintaining construction sites.  Our goal is to increase the marketability of homes under construction, increase work site proficiency, and help reduce the risk of injury on site.  Triple-D goes not just that extra step, but rather takes a jump forward to give our customers that edge in a crowded market.  With Triple-D on your side your homes will stand out among crowded subdivisions under construction.  There is NO mistaking a Triple-D site. 

 

Along with new construction we decided to take our services to home owners as well as businesses.  We found that homeowners want to save money, and who doesn’t?  By allowing those folks who do not own trucks or dump trailers to do some of the work themselves they save money by not having to hire a company to come in.  Chopping down trees, pulling bushes, cleaning out storage or just getting rid of junk from around the house or shop.  You pile it, we’ll pick it up.   There is no need to hand load or unload vehicles, you do not have to scratch or dent up you new truck with junk, and you just freed up time to do other things.  

 

HOWEVER, if you do not have time to get the work done or you just don’t want to do it, then give us a call.  We give FREE bids for getting the job done.  We also offer light demolition and skid steer work around the home, business, farm, or shop.
